Why are you receiving this Questionnaire?
You may have responded to our initial call out, attended our launch event in February or signed up to the mailing list on our website. [N.B. if you have been forwarded this questionnaire from someone – feel free to complete if it is appropriate]. We’re also hoping that you want to stay actively involved.
Who should complete this Questionnaire?
Any person who can provide some general information about their organisation (or themselves, if a sole trader). This will include some simple financial and sustainability data – nothing confidential or commercially sensitive. If you think someone else is more appropriate for this task, please ask them to complete the Questionnaire.
As an interested individual, you can also complete the Questionnaire and will be able to skip some of the questions – most are optional.
What information do we want from you?
We would like to find out about your organisation (such as the size and legal status, about policies and practices) and ask you to describe what your organisation is doing in order to be more sustainable. Don’t worry if you can’t answer every question fully. You will also have the opportunity to provide additional thoughts and suggestions.
